First in Recording
1877 -
Edison made the first recording of a human voice ("Mary had a little lamb") on the first tinfoil cylinder phonograph Dec.6.

1890 - The first "juke box" was the     coin-operated cylinder phonograph with 4 listening tubes that earned over $1000 in its first 6 months of operation starting the previous November 23 in San Francisco's Palais Royal Saloon, setting off a boom in popularity for commercial nickel phonographs that kept the industry alive during the Depression Nineties.

Keli Nicole Price, Administrator

Keli Price has been with UpperRoom 3 Production since June 2003. Her career began at age 17 when she started touring with Missy Elliott. Ms. Price then exploded on the scene as a respected and acclaimed singer, songwriter, arranger and producer. She has written and performed on albums with Angie Stone, Will Smith, Brandy, Missy Elliott, Total, Tamia and Nicole Wray. During her career, she has also lended her vocal talents to projects with the late Aaliyah, Lil' Mo, Gina Thompson, Cheryl "Pepsi" Riley, Toneisha Harris, sister Perri fka"Pebbles", Joy Enriquez, and many more. Keli has songs on the "30 Years To Life" Soundtrack, "My Baby Daddy" Soundtrack and has recently co-produced the title song to "Kronks Groove", a remake of "Let's Groove Tonight" originally recorded by Earth Wind & Fire, for B5 on Disney.

Joseph Hannock, Engineer

Joseph is a professional percussionist and technical specialist who assists with engineering. He received his technical training in GA and joined UpperRoom 3 Productions in April 2007 after relocating to this area.
